As many rounds as possible (AMRAP), in 20 minutes, of:
- 3 Pull-Ups
- 6 Push-Ups
- 10 Air Squats
Result

- 19 Push-Ups
- 32 Squats

- Round 2: 66s
- Round 3: 86s
- Round 4: 99s
- Round 5: 114s
