- 19 Push-Ups
- 32 Squats
Time
- Round 1: 65s
- Round 2: 60s
- Round 3: 61s
- Round 4: 74s
- Round 5: 107s
Result
- Total: 6m7s (-4m5s cf. Previous and +22s cf. PR) (73.4 s/round)
- Reps: 30 Pull-Ups + 95 Push-Ups + 160 Air Squats = 285 (1.29 s/rep)

Level 6, Day 3 consists of 1 round of:
I only realized while composing this post, but only did 32 push-ups, while 64 is the actual requirement.
And here I've been strutting around like a guy who just beat SimpleFit Level 6!

- 64 Push-Ups (24-8)
- 64 Squats (64)
Result
- Time: 4m31s
- Reps: 32 Pull-Ups + 32 Push-Ups + 64 Air Squats = 128 (2.12 s/rep)
