Reps: 26 Pull-Ups + 51 Push-Ups + 51 Air Squats = 128 (3.38 s/rep)

This is my first time doing Level 5, Day 3 in this cycle (“C”).

It isn't surprising that it took longer than Level 4, Day 3, as it includes an additional 26 reps. What is surprising (or maybe just “interesting”) is that the time/rep increased dramatically, from 2.81 to 3.38 seconds, an increase of 20%.

NYE with friends. Plenty of food and drink.

Played hockey on the Friday.

Worked on the woodshed half of Satruday and all Sunday.

I tried not to worry about what I ate.

I ate too much.

I made a tentative arrangment to work out with a family member, but it fell through.

I did get some exercise: I spent Friday through Sunday framing a new woodshed.
