  3. 32 Squats

  • Round 1: 75s
  • Round 2: 65s
  • Round 3: 78s
  • Round 4: 109s
  • Round 5: 117s

Result

  • Total: 7m42s (+78s cf. Previous, cf. PR) (88.8 s/round)
  • Reps: 30 Pull-Ups + 95 Push-Ups + 160 Air Squats = 285 (1.56 s/rep)
Pretty good result.
