Wednesday, February 6, 2019Level 5, Day 2 consists of 5 rounds of:
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 15 Push-Ups
- 26 Squats
Time
- Round 1: 50s
- Round 2: 49s
- Round 3: 47s
- Round 4: 48s
- Round 5: 54s
Reps: 20 Pull-Ups + 60 Push-Ups + 100 Air Squats = 180 (1.38 s/rep)
SimpleFit, Level 5, Day 3
Saturday, February 9, 2019Level 5, Day 3 consists of 1 round of:
- 26 Pull-Ups (10-6-4-3-2-1)
- 51 Push-Ups (20-8-6-6-5-3-3)
- 51 Squats (30-11-10)
Reps: 26 Pull-Ups + 51 Push-Ups + 51 Air Squats = 128 (2.75 s/rep)
Pull-ups were kinda cheaty. I didn't fully straighten my arms on most reps.
